How it works
Stage 1- Individual team conversations
Our approach at Evolving Leadership is to start by speaking to team members to get a bird’s eye view of the team and its dynamics, enabling us to design interventions that target what you need, whilst building on what works well. The initial conversations build rapport, allowing us to work at depth when it comes to the work ahead.
Stage 2 – Tailored team Interventions
Interventions are interactive, engaging, enjoyable and tailored to your team. The offsite is the classic face-to-face intervention. We like to use spaces that are conducive to real, open and honest conversations, ie not your traditional conference venue. In the virtual world, we use technology smartly dividing work into modules, enabling people to connect whilst being physically distant.

Tackling some real-ife challenges
We help you create an environment where people speak to each other from person to person, rather than role to role. This paves the way for genuine discussions, where people say what’s on their mind and solve problems together. They can disagree constructively, express doubts and fears. People give each other honest, positive and constructive feedback, encouraging each individual to play to their strength. Infighting stops, politics get stripped away and the focus becomes the truly important.
Stage 3 – Sustainability
We do follow-up interventions to help you embed the changes you’ve committed to and to establish team habits that ensure you keep operating as a high performing team.
Who it is for
Team Development is for newly formed teams or those that have undergone restructure, or their purpose has changed. The team might be established but the leader is new. There might be conflict and infighting in the team or the individuals in the team are competing with each other, seeking to score points. It’s also perfect for teams that have undergone significant change and simply need a reset.
