Leadership Development helps leaders up their influence and impact
Leadership Development focusses on equipping participants with the skills, tools and frameworks to effectively influence the situations they face. It enables participants to have the influence and impact they wish to have – be it with thier boss, their direct reports, their peers or other stakeholders.Picture the people you want to train, having difficult conversations with skill and empathy. They’ve learned to be clear, concise and agile in their conversations. See them making a lasting impact by using their whole self – words, voice and body. They’ve learned to know when to push at things and when to hang back and be more responsive and curious. They have the skills and toolkits to navigate difficult situations and conversations well.
How it works
Stage 1 – Understanding your needs
We spend time understanding the specific issues you want to address, the root causes that might have led to the issues and the audience you seek to upskill through any intervention. We then spend time getting the perspectives of those you seek to upskill. We speak to a cross-section, understanding their concerns, their context and what they’d like to gain. We then design tailored, practical, relevant, engaging, interactive sessions to help the audience develop their skills. We deliver the following skill development sessions:

Influencing Skills – Positive Power and Influence Programme
Stage 2 – Skill development interventions
Interventions are interactive, practical, engaging, enjoyable and tailored to the audience’s specific needs. Training can be delivered face-to-face or virtually. In the virtual world, we use technology smartly dividing work into modules, enabling people to practise their learning in small break-out sessions whilst getting feedback. We use short inputs to keep the level of engagement high. The focus is on experimentation, feedback and learning.
Stage 3 – Review to sustain learning
We do follow-up interventions to help you embed your learning.
Who is it for
Leadership Development helps participants to up their impact and be more skilful and influential in their interactions. Participants learn to align their intention with their impact, they learn how to use frameworks and tools to help them plan and rehearse for difficult conversations or how to use coaching skills to get the best from their people.
