Executive Coaching

Leaders often come to coaching because they want to address a particular issue or situation - from difficult relationships, to influencing challenges, stakeholder management, feedback they have received, or a change in role. Underlying these pragmatic issues often lie deeper patterns in the client’s thinking, feeling or behaviour. Behaviours which might have been successful up to a point and then presented a challenge themselves.

Vision Coaching is perfect for leaders who want to clarify their direction and do some deep thinking about their career and life. Vision coaching can be run as a one day workshop, or as four, two-hour sessions. Whatever the format, they are a rare opportunity in our 24/7-on world for leaders to take stock, identify what matters most to them and redirect their focus, time and energy accordingly.

The process is particularly useful for people at a crossroads and those who have lost their energy or confidence. It is also perfect for those who prefer a high impact, short intervention to a longer-term executive coaching programme. Vision Coaching can stand alone and it can be integrated into a coaching programme.

Evolving Leadership’s peer group coaching process brings together three to six leaders every eight weeks for a facilitated conversation, providing a space to share perspectives, reflect, and learn from one another.

Yasmin creates the conditions for leaders to share openly. During the process she helps leaders develop their relationship building skills, enabling them to build trust and the conditions for effective change.
